Am I guaranteed results?I can 100% promise you that you are guaranteed results if you put everything I give you to use. I have a lot of ladies who start with a lot of self doubt/fear they won't be able to commit. That's why I'm here to help you overcome self doubt/limiting beliefs.

Do I have to join a gym?Nope, the whole purpose of coaching is so that its an added benefit to your life. This is why finding a form of exercise that suits you is super important be it home workouts/gym workouts/walking etc. Everything is bespoke to you and your journey.

Can I continue after the minimum 3 month term?Yep you can. Coaching is on a subscription basis. This means it will continue after your 3 months unless you let us know otherwise.

How do I cancel?All you need to do is let me know with 30 days notice.
