Virtual Breathwork with
         ND Academy

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a term used for various styles of conscious breathing.

There are many different techniques all of which have massive benefits

 such as:

-Balanced blood pressure

-Aids in depression/anxiety

-Release of stress horomones

-Improve immune system health

-Release trauma and fear in the body

-Aids in the digestion process

-Aids in releasing chronic pain

-Increase self love

-Explore altered states

of consciousness

WHAT TO EXPECT:

You will be joining a virtual Breathwork session lead

by Breathwork facilitator Natasha Drought. 

The duration of this session will be 90minutes.

Natasha will open a safe space for you.

 From there, she will introduce the theme of the practice

and the use of either journal prompts or tarot cards.

Intentions will be shared and an explanation of the breathing patterns will be given.

After a demonstration of the breath and guidance on safety, we will then get into a comfortable position to start the session.

You will need a yoga mat/bed or somewhere comfortable to lie down, an eye mask, a blanket close by, Pillow, journal & pen, and a bottle of water.

You will be guided through 25 minutes of Activating Breathwork, assisted with music to support your journey within.

Afterwards, you will experience a visual and guided 15 meditation as you sink deeper into the subconscious mind. 

When we combine science and spirituality, we can activate new neural pathways in the brain. This will allow for our intuition to speak, clarity to rise and deep connection to be felt.

1-1 VS GROUP SESSION

All ND Academy clients will receive a FREE virtual group session on a monthly

basis. 

However if you are not a client of ND Academy and you want to part-take in a 

group Breathwork session, you are more than welcome.

If you want to gather a few friends together to do a group session with eachother, we can absolutely organise this for you. 

You can also part-take in a group session that is already scheduled to go ahead and secure your space.

Spaces will be limited with group sessions to ensure everyone gets maximum experience.

If you would prefer a private 1-1 session that is geared specifically for you, this is possible 

to do so also.

I will only be holding a certain number of virtual 1-1 sessions per month so do secure your space as soon as you can.
